The Fifth Annual Regional Integrated Learning Summer Institute
Re-Storying Our Common Humanity
How can we restore our common humanity through storytelling?
Join us for this 3-day journey where we use storytelling as a tool to move us from empathy to solidarity, recognizing one another as parts of a growing community of allies and assets.
Inventing Our Future 2016 brings educators and community leaders together to build collaborative relationships and professional practice. The institute promotes the thoughtful alignment of content standards, assessments and powerful learning across the curriculum through engaging professional development.
Modeled after Harvard’s Project Zero Classroom this institute features opening plenaries with national leaders and dynamic mini-courses on the intersections between education, arts and science, and environment and social justice issues.
