The International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) has been formally announced. The ISSB will be formed by the consolidation of the Value Reporting Foundation (VRF – the merged IIRC and SASB) and the CDSB into the IFRS Foundation. Click here for the media release and FAQs.
